At
Twin Decking we feel that our standards are what some would consider extras. Our standard deck features consist of:

attached to concrete pier with 6"x 6" adjustable post base.

1/2" lag screws 16" on center.

deck screws.
Fascia - 2"x 12" P.T. pine for P.T. decks, 2"x 12" rough sawn

Railing - 36"
high, 2"x 2" balusters, 6"x 6" post every 5-7 ft. attached with 1/2"x 6" carriage bolts, 2"x 4" rails, 2"x 6" cap rail (rails

We
use deck screws to secure all of our decking boards, treads, and balusters. The standard quality and amount of hardware we
put in our decks, we believe, is better than any other.

Deckorators ceramic-coated aluminum balusters. For a complete list of add-on and optional features please contact us.
